All registration fees paid for events organized by Guardians D2C Community are final. By registering for an event, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.2. No Refund Policy
Once an event registration has been successfully completed and payment has been confirmed, the registration fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:- If you decide not to attend the event.
- If you cancel your registration after payment.
- If you are unable to attend due to personal reasons.
- If you arrive late or miss part or all of the event.
- If incorrect registration details were entered by the participant.
3. No Return Policy
As our services relate to event registrations and participation, there are no physical products to return. Therefore, no return requests are applicable.4. Registration Transfers
Event registrations are generally non-transferable. Requests to transfer a registration to another participant may be considered only at the sole discretion of Guardians D2C Community and must be submitted before the registration closing date.5. Event Cancellation by Organizers
If Guardians D2C Community cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified through their registered email or phone number. In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion:- Reschedule the event.
- Offer registration for a future event.
- Provide a full or partial refund if applicable.
